The Laois (leash) is a specialized paring knife for small, delicate cuts. It’s great for cleaning strawberries, or making decorative cuts. The small, hollow-ground blade allows food release and the ergonomic handle allows a comfortable grip. NOTE: The color of the G10 in the photos shows to be more blue than it actually is.
