The Laois (leash) is a specialized paring knife for small, delicate cuts. It’s great for cleaning strawberries, making decorative cuts or cleaning pan fish. The small, hollow-ground blade allows food release and the ergonomic handle allows a comfortable grip. Please note there is a small flaw on the backside scale.
