These center scribes make quick work of finding the center of your blade edge. Simply put your blade between the two steel pins and draw the blade across the carbide scribe. Nothing to adjust and works on blades up to .250″ thick. Secures in a vise for easy of use, or hold it in your hand for a fast mark. Available in Steel Base Center Scribe, Aluminum Base Center Scribe and Steel Base Off-Set Scribe.
The Center Scribes put a single mark in the center of the blade (this is my preferred method).
The Off-Set Scribe will put two equally spaced marks on the blade instead of a single center line. It leaves approximately .025″ space. The off-set pin on the Scribe is noted with a small milled dimple.
Scribes Include a hex key for changing carbides, and one extra carbide insert.
